Portland’s largest multicultural event east of I-205 featuring local performers and ethnic foods, will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 16th at the old Dukes Bar & Grill, 14601 SE Division St, in Portland. This free community festival celebrates the diversity of East Portland with music, food and activities.
